Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Tracy has always lived near and enjoyed Colorado’s beautiful mountains! After graduating from high school, Tracy was awarded a music scholarship to Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, where her love for the mountains grew.
Graduating with a degree in Arts Management, she served an internship with the Breckenridge Music Festival, following which she was hired and spent 7 years organizing and managing the visiting musicians from around the world in the renowned music festival in the Riverwalk Center.
Tracy met her now-husband in Breckenridge in 2001 and has had the good fortune of starting a family in Summit County with him. First living in Alma and now in Blue River, they enjoy the company and chaos of their two children, Charlie (12) and Sydney (7).
In 2009 Tracy started as an Office Coordinator with Slifer Smith & Frampton with the One Ski Hill Place Sales Team. In 2013 she was promoted to Marketing Coordinator within the company where she further refined her skills and understanding of the “ins and outs” of Real Estate Marketing. By 2014 she received her real estate license and became Chris Lankhorst’s licensed assistant where she has been assisting Chris in not only residential sales, but also running 2 new developments in Keystone, successfully selling both out in a matter of months.
Having lived and worked in Summit County for nearly 20 years, Tracy enjoys running with her 2 cattle dogs, mountain biking, camping, and basically anything in the outdoors. Living for those years in the beauty of the mountains of Breckenridge, her goal for her clients is to match them with the property that meets their needs and desires. “Finding a home for a family that they love is the best part of this job!”
